Terms of Service

By accessing or using the MetafyAI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: use the Service to infringe intellectual property rights; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system; use the Service to transmit malware; or resell the Service without written permission.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@metafyai.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Our IP: MetafyAI owns all rights in the platform, software, and brand. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service.

Your IP: You retain ownership of all product data and content you upload. By uploading, you grant MetafyAI a limited licence to process that data solely to deliver the Service to you.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as stated in our 30-Day Pilot guarantee.

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

If you do not see measurable AI visibility improvement within 30 days of your pilot start date as defined in your onboarding agreement, you are entitled to a full refund of your pilot fee. Contact support@metafyai.com to initiate a refund request.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". MetafyAI makes no warranties that the Service will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted. AI visibility results depend on third-party platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) over which MetafyAI has no control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetafyAI's total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. MetafyAI is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with 30 days' written notice. MetafyAI may terminate immediately for material breach. Upon termination, your access is revoked and your data is deleted within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the AAA Commercial Rules.
